A special GivingTuesday Match is Waiting For Your Gift.

It’s a reality that the current fleet of Mobile Meals of Toledo’s vehicles used for meal delivery is aging and becoming increasingly inefficient, which limits our ability to expand our services. Over the next two years, we will need to purchase five new vehicles, a critical expense that we can’t put off any longer.

With these new vehicles, we’ll be able to continue delivering nutritious meals to seniors in the greater Toledo area who are unable to prepare or obtain adequate food for themselves due to health or mobility challenges. We will also be able to expand our services to reach even more individuals who need our assistance to maintain their health.

Mobile Meals is thrilled to announce that all contributions made this GivingTuesday will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $10,000. This matching opportunity, made possible by a grant from The Andersons Fund, a Supporting Organization of the Greater Toledo Community Foundation, will help us purchase essential vehicles. By donating this year, your generosity will effectively double, creating a much larger impact for seniors who depend on Mobile Meals for nutritious meals that help them remain independent.
