Cooking Lebanese Food for Whip It Up
Cathy Hammoud demonstrated how to make her Kafta Stew & Rice recipe to the Penta Culinary Students today in preparation for the Whip It Up! The event on April 21, 6-9 pm.
Cathy is very involved at the Islamic Mosque and in particular by helping to prepare many of her own Lebanese recipes. She was honored to share her recipe and hopes that the students learn about the various countries and their food cultures. “I hope that the fundraiser is a big success, thanks for making me a part of it,” she stated.
